Had brake discs and pads done on my Honda CR-V. One of the cheapest quotes so not sure what quality of service I’d receive. Well, it was far in excess of my expectation, first class, swift and completed as and when told it would be. On collection advice given on details of work done, condition of vehicle and how to care for the car for next 50 miles or so. When brought out of the workshop a full valet had been done at no extra charge!! Very knowledgeable and friendly guy, well done.

My God, how is this for 7* service. I break down on the motorway en route to a Sunday meeting with important clients who are themselves traveling in from all over the country. I book a recovery truck to pick me up & take me to work but after send Roy a text to see if I can book the car in for investigation & repair. What I got back was an instant reply and before the tow truck has even loaded my car Roy is with me to deliver a loan car and he instead of me travels with the tow truck & my car to his garage. I get to my meeting with fifteen minutes to spare. In the tow truck I would have not only been late but also stranded.
What a gent & top service on a Sunday morning to boot!

Roy was very accommodating and helpful in assisting my first classic car purchase. Despite having limited mechanical knowledge, Roy was honest, transparent and thoroughly detailed in his assessment of all parts of the car. The car itself is from 1989, and Roy included a 6-month third-party warranty. Roy has indicated he is happy to give ongoing support should any problems arise. A day and almost 200 miles after the purchase and the classic Saab 900 is running fine. I will report back in a few months time.
Roy and the team went above and beyond for us this week! We initially had an MOT booked in for our campervan, but on the way had a coolant issue which meant we arrived half a day late and with additional work needed. Roy was brilliant start to finish, he even recommend local places we could eat whilst waiting for our vehicle and lent us a vehicle in the interim.
He also gave us advise on selling our Renault Megane and offered to sell it for us (we sold it privately with his good advice and got a good price). He remained completely transparent with us throughout working on our vehicle and even showed us the parts he’d be using etc.

I bought a car from Roy a couple of months ago for my daughter. As it was her first car and she is a young driver I was worried about what I was buying. Roy put my mind at rest and assured me that it was a reliable car and I have not been disappointed. There was no pressure to buy until I was happy. Roy came very highly recommended by a work colleague, so thought I’d give him a go haven’t been disappointed yet, I’ve turned up a couple of times as a distressed woman & he’s always been very understanding, helpful & either sorted the problem there & then or asap. The bonus to Roy’s company is they have courtesy cars, so that’s always helpful when trying to juggle kids.
